Automate Voice Management

Leverating CTI’s API and data feeds enable service providers to seamlessly integrate voice administration functions with existing back office Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Billing Support Systems (BSS) – securely, quickly and reliably. Service Providers are able to combine multiple manual functions (across various components of the platform) into single automated actions using inVision’s API. inVision’s powerful integration tools are used to control all aspects of end-user accounts and administrative management functions. CTI’s API can be used to set up accounts, create and retrieve billing transactions, configure and manage call handling options, as well as provision customer premise equipment (CPE), soft phones, E911 service and Local Number Portability.
