Administration of CTI’s digital voice platform includes the following areas:

Tools and Administration Center is the interface where operators manage all aspects of the CTI platform, including retail product offerings, provisioning of new customers, CPE provisioning and performing all technical and customer support functions.

Service Desk is the interface for creating and tracking tickets escalated to inVision and managing all aspects of customer and technical support

Technical Resource Center provides access to technical support and integration documentation including user guides, API references, development guides and platform documentation
