End-User Access
CTI provides all its service providers with access to a “Fast Start” self-support portal for end-users. The End-User Portal enables residential, small-to-medium business, and enterprise end-users to directly manage their voice account, view calling reports, modify call handling preferences and much more.
Simplicity and Flexibility
The End-User Portal is fully integrated with each service provider’s core platform through inVision’s API. Service Providers have the choice of either CTI hosting the End-User Portal for their customers, or hosting it themselves. Whether CTI or the service provider hosts the End User Portal, operators can seamlessly enable single-sign-on so that end-users can come to one portal to manage all products purchased from the service provider in one place.
The End User Portal is always service provider-branded and because it is built on inVision’s API, service providers are free to change the look and feel of the End User Portal to match their style guide and preferences.
