CTI Conferencing Services uses the industry standard SIP protocol to provide advanced conference room capabilities.  Built on a scalable and reliable High Availability architecture, CTI Conferencing Services are designed to grow and scale with your business.

As depicted above, there are multiple web portals available to the administrators of the Conferencing Services.  With the SNAPsolution User Portals, configuration and management are simple and straightforward.  Each user level within the application, from end-user to conference leader, has a distinct web portal to address the diverse functions of the system.

The SNAPsolution Conferencing Portal provides the 'conference leader' functionality for this service.  Through the portal, the leader has the ability to add and delete conference participants, including both on-net and PSTN users.  The leader also has the ability to configure all conference room parameters and initiate a conference session by calling all participants simultaneously.

The SNAPsolution QA Portal is provided to the Conferencing application to allow administrators to record or monitor conference sessions.

In addition to standard SNAPsolution User Portals provided with the Conferencing application, CTI will integrate with third party portals or provide custom portals at the request of the customer..
